Telegram Moderator (English) For Crypto Presales

About the Role

We need a dynamic Crypto Community Manager to onboard, launch, and actively moderate dedicated Telegram communities for multiple crypto presale clients. You will be the frontline voice for various projects—answering questions on tokenomics and roadmaps, building pre-launch hype, enforcing strict safety rules against scams and FUD, and providing daily sentiment reports to ensure each client's community remains engaged, secure, and conversion-ready throughout their critical launch window.

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact, engaging in active dialogue with community members and providing accurate, timely responses to project-related inquiries.
• Uphold community safety by proactively enforcing established rules, removing spam, and swiftly eliminating harmful or misleading content.
• Proactively identify and neutralize scam attempts, phishing links, and bad actors while educating the community on essential security practices.
• Synthesize community sentiment, feedback, and trending discussions into actionable reports and strategic insights for the core team.
• Lead the coordination and execution of critical community events, including AMAs, announcements, and token launches, managing crowd control and maintaining engagement.

Responsibilities

• Amplify hype and manage community flow during key events like AMAs, announcements, and launches to ensure a positive and organized experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and community engagement skills.
• Basic understanding of crypto concepts and Telegram platform mechanics.
• Ability to identify scams, phishing attempts, and diffuse tense situations calmly.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to strictly follow moderation guidelines and protocols.
• Fluent written English is mandatory.
