Affiliate Manager

About the Role

This role is dedicated to the recruitment and relationship management of a diverse affiliate network, including media buyers, website publishers, and content creators. The primary focus is on proactive outreach, onboarding new partners, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure promotional alignment and performance. Responsibilities include managing contracts, facilitating payouts, and serving as the main point of contact to maximize network engagement and lead generation for presale clients.

Requirements

• Proactively recruit new affiliates (media buyers, websites, influencers) through outreach and networking.
• Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining regular communication and support for all affiliate partners.
• Onboard new affiliates, ensuring they understand campaign details, tracking links, and payout structures.
• Manage contracts, track promotional activity, and facilitate timely commission payouts.
• Monitor affiliate performance and quality, implementing strategies to optimize partner output and retention.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience (2+ years) in affiliate marketing, specifically within the cryptocurrency or high-risk finance vertical.
• An existing network of contacts among crypto affiliates, media buyers, or website publishers.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a service-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, CPA, RS) and basic affiliate tracking principles.

Qualifications

• Professional background in partnership management, business development, or sales in a digital marketing context.
• Familiarity with the crypto presale landscape and common promotional models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with CRM and communication tools (e.g., Discord, Telegram, email sequences).
• Autonomous and proactive work ethic, capable of initiating and driving partnerships without constant oversight.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being a strong advantage for global network expansion.
