About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Meta Ads specialist who understands the unique challenges of crypto presale marketing. You’ll be responsible for driving scalable, qualified lead generation while building resilient systems to navigate platform compliance and account sustainability.
Requirements
- Proven crypto Meta ads experience: Minimum 2+ years running campaigns specifically for cryptocurrency, Web3, or blockchain projects (NFT launches, presales, DEX/CEX promotions, crypto tools)
- Portfolio of results: Share 3-5 campaign screenshots (blur sensitive data) showing ad spend, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Cloaking & anti-detect expertise: Hands-on experience with VPS setups, multilogin browsers, and cloaking solutions
- Redundancy systems mastery: Demonstrable process for maintaining 3+ backup ad accounts with instant migration capabilities
- Pixel/tracking resilience: Experience setting up Conversions API and pixel migration strategies that survive account bans
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize end-to-end Meta ad campaigns (cold, retargeting, lookalikes) for crypto presale audiences.
- Design and maintain multi-account redundancy setups to ensure continuous campaign uptime.
- Implement advanced tracking, cloaking, and compliance strategies to protect ad accounts and maximize longevity.
- Analyze performance data to iterate quickly and improve ROI across the funnel.
